At Beba Beauty & Spa, your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and schedules can change; however, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy to allow us to serve all clients effectively. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Same‑day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service price. No‑Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no‑shows may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Full service price will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no‑show and subject to the no‑show fee. Deposits (If Applicable) Certain services may require a non‑refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no‑shows.
